Jenny Cox

Jenny Cox joined the Department of Agriculture, Communication, Education, and Leadership as the AgOne Program Director in January 2024. In this position, she is responsible for leading and directing a new established leadership development program for Ohio food and agriculture industry leaders through facilitating and executing program orientations, trainings and individual leadership plan development.

Jenny brings with her a diverse background of professional experiences in entrepreneurship, business development, education, communication, and board leadership. Prior to joining The Ohio State University, her most recent professional positions are in Business Development and Brand Communications for Bickle Farm Solutions and as an entrepreneur and co-manager for Cox Seed Sales and Big Blue Skies Farms. Jenny previously served as the Southeast Regional Trustee for the Ohio Farm Bureau Federation as well as the past President of the Ohio Farm Bureau Foundation. Jenny is currently serving as a school board member for the Mid-East Career and Technology Center. She is a recent alum of the AgOne program and holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from The Ohio State University in Communications and a Master of Arts in Education from Mount Vernon Nazarene University.
