Diane Mashburn

Diane earned her Bachelor's of Science degree in Interdisciplinary Agriculture (Ag Education) from Texas Tech University with certification in Secondary Agricultural Sciences. Diane continued on to earn her Master's of Science degree in Agricultural Education and Communications with a specialization in Extension Education. In 2009, Diane began her Extension career with the University of Arkansas System Division of Agriculture as a County Extension Agent- 4-H. After 5 years in the county, Diane moved to the Arkansas State Extension Office as a faculty instructor. Diane was the manager of the Extension reporting system, supporting over 200 employees in documenting their Extension efforts. During the last 5 years, Diane has also been involved in Extension Staff Development, including conducting Extension Orientation sessions, serving as faculty lead for the Agent Onboarding and Mentoring Program, and conducting other staff development trainings, as needed. Diane came to OSU seeking more experience and knowledge for building effective staff development programs.
