Five ACEL students named to CFAES Ambassador Team

Five students from the Department of Agricultural Communication, Education, and Leadership were named as ambassadors for the College of Food, Agricultural, and Environmental Sciences. 

CFAES Ambassadors are a team of 20 to 30 students, selected through an application and interview process, to represent the college in a variety of ways.

The team members give prospective families tours of our college campus, answer questions and relate to visiting students. They also serve as liaisons to the Ohio State student body to help increase awareness around our college. And, they are encouraged to become involved in industry to better relations.

Those students from ACEL that were selected to serve include:
Brianna Gwirtz, a junior majoring in Agricultural Communication from Shelby, Ohio
Wyatt Jones, a sophomore majoring in Agriscience Education from South Salem, Ohio
Micah Mensing, a sophomore majoring in Agriscience Education from Oak Harbor, Ohio
Sydney Snider, a sophomore majoring in Agricultural Communication from Moscow, Ohio
Kayla Walls, a sophomore majoring in Agriscience Education from Mendon, Ohio
