In April, Sadie Holman, an agricultural communication student, attended the BOLD Leadership Conference. This conference is an elite leadership opportunity to expand on skills previously gained that encourages the development of personal leadership skills at an individual level.
"I traveled to the GKB Ranch along with 24 other Hereford juniors from around the United States. During my time in Desdemona Texas, met with and learned from industry professionals such as Tyson Durfey, Jon DeClerk, Sara Rader, Katie Marston, and Gary and Kathy Buchholz," said Holman. "The Bold Conference allowed me to learn more about my leadership abilities while learning more about my peers and the Hereford breed!"
