Twelve students from Ohio State's regional campuses and ATI visited Columubs on Wednesday, March 25, 2015 as part of Regional Campus Transition Day.
Four students from the Department of Agricutlural Communication, Education, and Leadership were selected for the Agriscience Internship with the Ohio FFA, Ohio Department of Education, and many other ogranizations. These students will help promote agricultural education to high school students around the State of Ohio.

On September 28, 2014, ACEL hosted 40 high school students from around Ohio for the ACEL Visit Day.
During the event, students learned about our three majors - agricultural communication, agriscience education, and community leadership. They also attended sessions on student life and study abroad.
Parents and teachers also attended sessions on parent and family relations, scholarship and financial aid, and study abroad.
The Department had seven students teach a session at the Ohio State Fair on where you can find agriculture in your everyday life.
Many audience members said they had no experience or affiliation with agriculture, but after listening to the presentation, they realized that agriculture is everywhere.
